Signature Style
‘Signature Style’ provides you with a complete immersive event décor design experience. Providing an exceptional level of detail we will assist you in every step of the décor design process from conceptualization to execution. This includes rentals, large-scale installations and all décor related elements for the day. Accommodating budgets of $35k+
DIstinctive Details
‘Distinctive Details’ provides you full customization for your event design to match what you envision for the flowers. We will work with you on choosing design style, color palette, flower choices and creating an overall cohesive design. Accommodating budgets of $20k+
DESIGNers Choice
‘Designers Choice’ provides you with the design style we are known for without full customization. We will choose the color palette and flower options based on the seasonal availability for the date of your wedding. Décor items include personal flowers, ceremony décor (no installations), cocktail arrangements, and low table centerpieces with votive candlelight. There will be a choice between two vase styles and two candlelight options. Minimum spend $10k
DESIGN PROCESS + TIMELINE
We view the entire process of designing a wedding as a collaborative endeavor with our clients. From the initial conversation to the last detail decided, we will work with you to create the perfect design. Below is an overview of the steps in the process so that you know what to expect understanding there are variables and customizations for every client.
INITIAL CONSULTATION
Tell us everything! We want to know all of your thoughts about the wedding design. The look, the feel, mood + experience you want to achieve for you and your guests are invaluable tools to assist us in designing the perfect style for your wedding.
CUSTOMIZED PROPOSAL
We use all of the information you have given us along with the venue details, seasonality and your personal style to develop your unique design concept. We will deliver a written descriptive, creative concept along with itemized pricing. In some cases, an inspiration board will accompany the proposal.
SIGNED, SEALED AND DELIVERED
We’re the perfect match! Once you have decided that we will work together we require a signed proposal and deposit to secure the date especially for you.
DESIGN EDITS + PRESENTATION
Once under contract we will continue to fine-tune the details. We can present you with a sample table set-up where we can edit and finalize all the design details (additional fee).
THE BIG DAY!
On the day of your event we will take care of all the details and deliverables promised, you won’t need to worry about a thing.
